Justin Freed - Professional Career in Boxing and Cage Fighting

Based in West Grove, Pennsylvania, Justin Freed is a former professional boxer and cage fighter who routinely fought outside of his weight class between 2006 and 2008. He made his cage fighting debut against heavyweight Dan Grafton in 2006, a match he won by knockout. He made his boxing debut that same year, losing to undefeated Dan Biddel by a split decision. He continued his boxing career throughout 2007, defeating the No. 6 heavyweight fighter in the nation despite a 40-pound weight discrepancy, and scoring a knockout win over Tyler Boyd in five rounds. Justin Freed enjoyed additional knockout victories against Damion Riley and Mike Taylor.

Scoring more boxing wins in 2008, Mr. Freed also returned to the cage that year, defeating kickboxer Damion Maxwell by submission in the second round. As a Tang Soo Do black belt, he not only enjoyed a career as a professional fighter but provides training to other mixed-martial artists and boxers. He is also a football and wrestling coach.

Justin Freed studied at Delaware Technical Community College in Wilmington, where he earned a master electrician license. He has more than two decades of experience as a construction industry project manager and holds several industry certifications.
